We are a 501(C)3 Nonprofit

1. Providing funds for spay/neuter/vaccinations to reduce the surrender of pets to shelters and/or be euthanized.

2. Make available funds for the medical treatment of animals that would otherwise be surrendered to a shelter and/or euthanized due to lack of funds.

3. Establish a sanctuary for physically challenged cats that would otherwise be surrendered to a shelter or euthanized. When possible, we adopt to qualified homes whenever possible.

All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted 100% to said purposes. All volunteer, no paid individuals.
